About The Position
A. Duie Pyle is hiring a full-time Warehouser at its Westfield, Massachusetts location. The role involves safely handling freight in the warehouse, including loading, unloading, organizing, packing, and unpacking. The stated pay rate is $20.15 per hour, increasing to $22.20 after 12 months of employment and $25.25 after 24 months. Pay is weekly on Fridays by direct deposit. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with flexibility required to work day or night shifts and weekends or holidays. A. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in warehousing, freight, and/or logistics preferred.
- Ability to frequently lift merchandise weighing more than 25 pounds.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers using appropriate equipment, including carts, dollies, hand trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
- Pick, pack, and stage freight for pickup.
- Physically lift and move boxes.
- Use scanners to read, track, and monitor freight throughout the warehouse.
- Work with a customer-service-first mentality.
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including day and night shifts and weekend or holiday work.
