About The Position
A. Duie Pyle is hiring a full-time Warehouser in Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania. The role is responsible for safely loading and unloading, organizing, packing, and unpacking freight. Warehousers use material-handling equipment and scanners to move, prepare, and track freight throughout the warehouse while maintaining a customer-service-first mentality. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday beginning at 8:00 AM and requires flexibility to work day or night shifts, weekends, and holidays. The starting rate is $20.15 per hour, increasing to $22.25 after 12 months of employment and $25.25 after 24 months. Employees are paid weekly on Fridays by direct deposit. A. Requirements
- Ability to frequently lift merchandise weighing in excess of 25 pounds.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English and communicate effectively.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in warehousing, freight, and/or logistics.
Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload trailers using appropriate equipment such as carts, dollies, hand trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
- Pick, pack, and stage freight for pickup.
- Physically lift and move boxes.
- Use scanners to read, track, and monitor freight throughout the warehouse.
- Operate with a customer-service-first mentality.
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
