About The Position

The Warehouser supports warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, moving and documenting materials, maintaining inventory records, and keeping the warehouse clean, orderly, and safe. The role requires safe operation of warehouse machinery and reporting equipment maintenance needs or problems to the immediate supervisor. The Warehouser must comply with NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures. The position also involves working at heights and lifting up to 50 pounds. Heavy stand-up and sit-down forklift experience is required. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with ERP or MRP software is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, warehouse experience is desired, and the candidate must be able to read and interpret blueprints.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 pounds.
Heavy stand-up and sit-down forklift experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
Ability to communicate effectively.

Nice To Haves

Warehouse experience is desired.
Experience with ERP or MRP software is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with shipping or receiving as needed.
Read warehouse documentation to determine which items to move, gather, distribute, or ship.
Move items to appropriate areas.
Record quantities of materials or items moved in a computer database.
Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts.
Maintain inventory records by posting materials received and disbursed, preparing shortage lists, and distributing them as required.
Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and safe.
Operate warehouse machinery safely and report equipment maintenance needs or problems to the immediate supervisor.
Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Comply with NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
