About The Position
A. Duie Pyle is seeking a full-time Warehouser to join its team in Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania. The role involves safely loading and unloading, organizing, packing, and unpacking freight. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with flexibility to work day or night shifts and weekends or holidays. Pay starts at $20.15 per hour, increases to $22.25 after 12 months of employment, and to $25.25 after 24 months. Employees are paid weekly on Fridays by direct deposit.
Requirements
- Ability to frequently lift merchandise weighing more than 25 pounds.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English and communicate effectively.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in warehousing, freight, or logistics.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers using appropriate equipment, including carts, dollies, hand trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
- Pick, pack, and stage freight for pickup.
- Physically lift and move boxes.
- Use scanners to read, track, and monitor freight throughout the warehouse.
- Work with a customer-service-first mentality.
- Maintain a flexible schedule that may include day or night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
