About The Position

Move PepsiCo brands such as Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos through the warehouse accurately and carefully so stores receive the correct products. The role is based in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, works five days, starts at 2 p.m., and continues until work is complete. Team members receive hands-on and classroom training. The work is fast-paced and hands-on, with employees on the move for most of the day, lifting, bending, and moving products throughout the shift. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Be able to lift 15 to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Be able to stand and walk for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Be able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Be able to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Be willing and able to work at heights using ladders or lifts to access areas of the plant.
Be willing and able to work in an environment with extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous or loud equipment, and slippery surfaces.

Responsibilities

Load and unload pallets and individual cases to and from trailers.
Pick cases according to orders using required technology.
Operate a forklift safely after completing training and obtaining certification.
Load trailers using carts or stack cases on the floor of a truck trailer.
Maintain general housekeeping and complete required sanitation tasks.
