About The Position

The Service Operations Warehouser prepares food products for delivery by loading, moving, and handling pallets and individual cases. The role is based in Coon Rapids, Minnesota, pays $28.34 per hour, and is scheduled to work Sunday, Monday, and Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The position includes hands-on and classroom training. It is a fast-paced, physically active role involving lifting, bending, and moving products through most of the shift. Work takes place in an environment that may include extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous or loud equipment, and slippery surfaces.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and off shifts.
• Must be able to lift 15 to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be willing and able to work at heights using ladders or lifts to access areas of the plant.
• Must be willing and able to work in an environment with extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous or loud equipment, and slippery surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload pallets and individual cases to and from trailers.
• Pick the appropriate cases according to orders using required technology.
• Safely operate a forklift after completing provided training and obtaining certification.
• Load trailers using carts or stack cases on the floor of a truck trailer.
• Maintain general housekeeping and complete specific sanitation tasks as required.
