About The Position

The Service Operations Warehouser prepares products such as Lay’s, Doritos, and Cheetos for delivery, helping keep the supply chain running. The position is based in Greensboro, North Carolina, pays $24.63 per hour, and has a schedule that varies based on business needs. Sunday and Friday work is required. The shift starts at 2 p.m.; the end time varies based on business needs.

The role includes loading, unloading, picking, and moving pallets and cases, as well as maintaining housekeeping and sanitation standards. Employees receive hands-on and classroom training and may operate a forklift after training and certification. The work is fast-paced and physically active, involving product handling and movement throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be able to lift 15 to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to stand and walk for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be willing and able to work at heights using ladders or lifts to access areas of the plant.
• Be willing and able to work in an environment with extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous or loud equipment, and slippery surfaces.
• Work weekends, holidays, and off shifts; Sunday and Friday are required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload pallets and individual cases to and from trailers.
• Pick the appropriate cases according to orders using required technology.
• Operate a forklift safely after receiving training and obtaining certification.
• Load trailers using carts or stack cases on the floor of a truck trailer.
• Maintain general housekeeping and complete required sanitation tasks.
