About The Position

Bergey’s Inc. is seeking a part-time Warehouse team member at Bergey's Truck Center in Trenton, New Jersey. The role assists with warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, loading and unloading trucks, fulfilling orders, and keeping stock organized and available. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., with Saturdays as needed. Pay is $18.00 per hour, based on experience.

Requirements

No prior experience or training is required; alternatively, less than a high school education, up to one month of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Alternatively, a high school diploma or GED, one to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consecutively throughout the day.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Must successfully complete background checks and drug screening.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Pull and stage parts for drivers.
Unload products from shipping containers.
Put stock away in the correct locations.
Ensure stock is labeled correctly.
Handle products carefully to prevent damage.
Maintain inventory levels by performing accurate cycle counts.
Ensure the correct part is provided for each customer.
Communicate effectively with management and team members.
Keep shelves, pallet areas, workstations, and the shipping supply area neat and clean, and follow safety procedures, rules, and regulations.
Perform cycle counting and deliveries as needed.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
