About The Position

SweetWater is hiring a full-time warehouse team member to support beer order fulfillment, inventory storage, and manufacturing operations. The role works in a temperature-controlled warehouse and requires regular lifting of at least 50 pounds. The advertised opening is on the first shift, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; standard shift times may change. Some overtime is required based on business needs. Benefits are available, and employees receive monthly beer.

Requirements

Ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Punctuality and ability to work in a time-sensitive environment.
Ability to work well with others as part of a team.
Understanding of OSHA safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

Responsibilities

Pull and load customer orders for delivery by item number and quantity, following picking tickets and assigned priorities.
Manually load or unload materials onto or off pallets, skids, platforms, or lifting devices.
Stock and maintain inventory in designated warehouse storage areas.
Provide forklift line support for manufacturing processes.
Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to support compliance with safety regulations and GMP policies.
Process ERP system transactions related to product movement, material consumption, and order fulfillment.
