About The Position

National DCP, LLC (NDCP) is hiring a Maintenance employee to support warehouse operations serving Dunkin’ restaurants. The role involves maintaining warehouse housekeeping and supporting the selecting process, including keeping aisles aligned, bringing product forward, clearing debris, organizing trailers, and providing pallets and cardboard separators. The employee may also clean warehouse and office areas, handle spills and damaged products in accordance with food-safety requirements, complete related reports, and track or order maintenance supplies. The role uses powered industrial equipment and other warehouse tools, and requires adherence to safety practices, equipment inspections, proper lifting techniques, and NDCP’s Good Distribution Practices. Employees may cross-train and perform other warehouse duties as assigned. The posted schedule begins Sunday at 2 p.m. and continues Monday through Thursday at 5 p.m.; the schedule may include weekends and holidays. The position is based in Westampton, New Jersey, and pays $21.04 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent education and/or experience.
Ability to operate a shrink-wrap machine and manually shrink-wrap products.
Ability to operate powered industrial trucks, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and high lifts.
Ability to work flexible days and hours; schedules may include weekends and holidays.
Desire and ability to work collaboratively.
Ability to obtain certification through the Crown certificate program.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to follow simple instructions.

Nice To Haves

One year of warehouse or maintenance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure selecting aisles are aligned and product is brought forward.
Keep floors clear of debris that could hinder the selecting process.
Clean company trailers, remove empty pallets and crates, and organize them for pickup.
Follow safety rules and complete assigned duties.
Safely operate equipment used for assigned tasks, including forklifts, clamp trucks, floor scrubbers, battery-changing stations, and ride-on or walk-behind pallet jacks.
Maintain company standards for safety, attendance, and conduct.
Use proper and safe lifting techniques.
Perform daily safety inspections on material-handling equipment.
Immediately notify a supervisor of unsafe conditions or accidents.
Clean spills and product breakages, recover damaged goods, and determine whether products can be resold or must be disposed of under government and NDCP food-safety requirements.
Prepare reports and forms documenting cleaning schedules, spills, and product damage; may track and order maintenance supplies.
Provide equipment and materials for the selecting process, such as cardboard separators and pallets.
Power-wash trash receptacles and perform general cleaning, including sweeping, dusting, mopping, trash pickup, and compactor use; may work with cleaning chemicals.
Assist with warehouse maintenance and housekeeping, and perform similar duties in office areas as assigned.
Use a headset to locate individual items in the warehouse.
Attend required company meetings.
Follow NDCP’s Good Distribution Practices.
Cross-train in other functions and perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
