About The Position

As a warehouse employee, you’ll accurately select cases and build pallets for store delivery, helping keep shelves stocked and meet customer demand. The role is suited to people who thrive in fast-paced, physical work. Applicants may be considered for multiple opportunities and are asked to provide as much schedule availability as works for them. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

The position offers competitive pay with scheduled increases every six months, part-time earning potential up to $23.00 per hour after four years on the job, and opportunities for career growth throughout the Wegmans organization. New employees receive safety training from dedicated professional trainers, with ongoing safety training throughout the year. Personal protective equipment and/or cold-weather gear is provided at no cost.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift 20–25 pounds and occasionally to frequently lift maximum weights greater than 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Accurately select cases and build pallets for store delivery.
• Build and stack pallets to protect products and ensure safe delivery.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including a forklift, pallet jack, and Vocollect.
• Communicate effectively with management and the team.
• Lift 20–25 pounds, with maximum weights greater than 50 pounds lifted occasionally to frequently.
