About The Position
Applied Business Communications (ABcom) is seeking a reliable and organized part-time Warehouse Worker to support inventory management and distribution operations. The role supports receiving, storing, and shipping materials and equipment related to low-voltage and structured cabling projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, follows safety protocols, and can work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- Prior warehouse or inventory experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
- Ability to work part-time hours with some flexibility.
Nice To Haves
- Forklift certification.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare materials for shipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts if certified.
- Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
