About The Position

Warehouse Operations performs and controls manual or automated tasks needed for the receipt, storage, and shipment of products. This role supports the efficient movement of products from vendor receipt through shipment to internal and external customers. The Warehouse Worker receives large boxes on the warehouse dock, scans products with an RF scanner, enters product information into a computer, and breaks down product cases. The position works Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The anticipated hourly pay range is $19.00 to $20.90, based on experience. The role is not bonus eligible. Benefits include 401(k) contributions, paid time off, and access to wages before payday through myFlexPay. The posted hourly range is an estimate; pay is determined by factors including location, education, experience, skills, and internal pay equity.

Requirements

Adherence to site safety regulations, including wearing required personal protective equipment such as steel-toed safety shoes and a material-handling-equipment safety harness.
Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Self-motivation and ability to work in a team-oriented environment with limited supervision and an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
Ability to comprehend and accurately process paperwork in accordance with policies and procedures.
Flexibility, adaptability, and good multitasking skills.

Nice To Haves

1–2 years of related experience preferred.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and general computer skills desired.

Responsibilities

Receive large boxes on the warehouse dock.

Break down cases of product.
Follow site safety regulations and Cardinal Health EHS and QRA policies and procedures.
Process paperwork accurately in accordance with policies and procedures.
Maintain required licenses, training, and certifications.
