Warehouse Worker (Specialist Fulfillment)
About The Position
Our client, a retail pharmacy company, is seeking a Warehouse Worker (Specialist Fulfillment) for its Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania location. This non-registered and/or non-licensed position performs manual packing duties, including packing and shipping completed orders, verifying accuracy and compliance with quality standards and specifications, and preparing packages for mail. The worker may also stock non-pharmaceutical products where permitted by pharmacy regulations, assist with department training and new-hire support, and perform other duties as judgment or necessity dictates.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience.
- High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED.
- Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate diplomatically and confidentially.
- Ability and willingness to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively, with or without accommodations.
Responsibilities
- Pack and ship completed orders.
- Verify order accuracy and conformance to quality standards and specifications.
- Prepare packages for mail.
- Stock non-pharmaceutical products where allowed by pharmacy regulations.
- Assist with department training and new-hire support.
- Perform other responsibilities as judgment or necessity dictates.
