Warehouse Worker - Full Time Shifts
About The Position
McKesson is hiring warehouse associates for its Distribution Center. The role involves moving efficiently during a shift to fulfill orders accurately and ship healthcare products quickly. Employees receive on-the-job training for power industrial equipment, specialized processes, and advanced automation. The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, starting at 2:30 PM and continuing until work is complete; available shifts may change and will be discussed during the interview. The starting pay is up to $20.95 per hour, increasing to $22.15 per hour after 12 months. During periods of high demand, employees may need to work beyond scheduled times. Schedules are generally shared two weeks in advance.
Requirements
- Entry-level experience.
- Ability to walk up to 10 miles during a shift.
- Ability to repeatedly lift 20 to 50 pounds throughout a shift without assistance.
Responsibilities
- Move efficiently during shifts to support accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Ship healthcare products quickly and accurately.
- Complete assigned warehouse work, which may require working beyond scheduled times during periods of high demand.
