About The Position

McKesson is hiring dynamic and motivated warehouse associates for its distribution center in Duluth, Georgia. The role supports healthcare product distribution by fulfilling orders efficiently and accurately so products are shipped quickly. On-the-job training is provided for certification in driving power industrial equipment, specialized processes, and operating advanced automation.

The position offers day and night shifts. Day shift runs Monday through Friday, starting at 7:30 AM until completion. Night shift starts Sunday at 4:00 PM and Monday through Thursday at 5:00 PM, each until completion. Schedules may change and will be discussed during the interview; in periods of high demand, associates may need to work beyond scheduled times. The employer aims to share schedules two weeks in advance.

Requirements

• Entry-level experience.
• Able to walk up to 10 miles during a shift; the number of steps varies by shift.
• Able to repetitively lift 20 to 50 pounds without assistance during a shift; product weights vary.

Responsibilities

• Move efficiently during shifts to support accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Help ensure healthcare products are shipped quickly and accurately.
• Complete on-the-job training and certifications for power industrial equipment, specialized processes, and advanced automation.
