About The Position

McKesson’s Distribution Center is hiring motivated warehouse associates to fulfill orders and help ship healthcare products quickly and accurately. This entry-level position offers on-the-job training to certify employees to operate power industrial equipment, specialized processes, and advanced automation. The available schedule is Monday through Friday, starting at 1:00 PM and continuing until the shift is complete. Shift availability may change and will be discussed during the interview.

The role is based in a refrigerated environment of 37–42°F for at least 80% of the shift or as needed. Associates may need to work beyond scheduled hours during periods of high demand; schedules are generally shared two weeks in advance. Compensation is $20.11 per hour, with a $1.00-per-hour mid-shift differential. Eligible material handlers may also earn performance-based incentive pay, with top performers earning up to approximately $1.75 per hour.

Requirements

• Entry-level experience.
• Ability to walk up to 10 miles during a shift; the number of steps varies by shift.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 20–50 pounds without assistance during a shift; weight varies by product.
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment of 37–42°F for at least 80% of the shift or as needed.
• Willingness to learn to operate power industrial equipment; training is provided.
