About The Position

McKesson is seeking dynamic and motivated warehouse associates for its Distribution Center in Duluth, Georgia. The role focuses on moving efficiently through the shift and fulfilling orders accurately so healthcare products are shipped quickly. Employees receive on-the-job training to certify them to operate power industrial equipment, specialized processes, and advanced automation.

The position offers day and night shifts. Day shift runs Monday through Friday, starting at 7:30 AM and continuing until completion. Night shift starts at 4:00 PM on Sunday and 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday, continuing until completion. Shifts may change and will be discussed during the interview. During periods of high demand, employees may need to work beyond scheduled times; schedules are generally shared two weeks in advance.

Requirements

• Entry-level experience.
• Ability to walk up to 10 miles during a shift; the number of steps varies by shift.
• Ability to repetitively lift 20 to 50 pounds without assistance throughout a shift; weight varies by product.

Responsibilities

• Move efficiently during the shift to support timely and accurate shipment of products through effective order fulfillment.
• Complete on-the-job training and certifications for power industrial equipment, specialized processes, and advanced automation.
