About The Position

McKesson is hiring warehouse associates for its distribution center. Associates help ensure healthcare products are shipped quickly and accurately through order fulfillment. The role includes learning to operate power industrial equipment, specialized processes, and advanced automation; training is provided. The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, starting at 1:00 p.m. and continuing until the shift is complete. The hourly base rate is $20.11, with a $1.00 mid-shift differential. Eligible material handlers may also earn performance-based incentive pay, with top performers earning up to approximately $1.75 per hour in incentive pay. In periods of high demand, employees may need to work beyond scheduled times. Schedules are generally shared two weeks in advance, and available shifts may change and be discussed during the interview. The work takes place in a distribution center and requires walking, repetitive lifting, and working in a refrigerated environment. Requirements

Entry-level experience.
Ability to walk up to 10 miles during a shift; the number of steps varies by shift.
Ability to repeatedly lift 20 to 50 pounds without assistance throughout a shift; weight varies by product.
Ability to work in a refrigerated environment of 37–42°F for at least 80% of the shift or as needed.
Willingness to learn and operate power industrial equipment; training is provided.
