About The Position

McKesson is hiring dynamic and motivated warehouse associates for its Distribution Center. This is an entry-level role in a fun, high-paced, professional work environment. Associates fulfill orders by moving efficiently to ensure healthcare products are shipped quickly and accurately. Employees must be willing to learn to operate power industrial equipment; on-the-job training is provided for equipment, specialized processes, and advanced automation. The listed shifts are Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM until shift completion; Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM until shift completion; and Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM, with an overnight differential of $1.50 per hour. Shifts may change and will be discussed during the interview. Schedules are generally shared two weeks in advance, though employees may sometimes need to work beyond scheduled times during periods of high demand. Pay is $19.26 per hour, and eligible material handlers may earn performance-based incentive pay, with top performers earning up to about $1.75 per hour in incentive pay.

Requirements

• Entry-level experience.
• Ability to walk up to 10 miles during a shift; steps vary by shift.
• Ability to repetitively lift 20 to 50 pounds without assistance during a shift; weight varies by product.
• Willingness to learn to operate power industrial equipment.
