About The Position

McKesson is hiring warehouse associates for its Distribution Center. This is an entry-level opportunity in a fast-paced, professional environment. Associates fulfill orders so healthcare products are shipped quickly and accurately. Employees must be willing to learn to operate power industrial equipment; training and certification are provided, including training in specialized processes and advanced automation. The listed base pay is $19.26 per hour. Material handlers eligible for the company incentive plan may earn additional performance-based pay, with top performers earning up to about $1.75 per hour in incentive pay. Available schedules are Monday through Friday beginning at 5:00 AM or 10:00 AM, with each shift continuing until work is complete, or Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM (overnight differential of $1.50 per hour), also until work is complete. Available shifts may change and will be discussed during the interview. During periods of high demand, associates may need to work beyond scheduled times. McKesson aims to share schedules two weeks in advance.

Requirements

Entry-level experience.
Must be willing to learn to operate power industrial equipment; training is provided.
Able to walk up to 10 miles during a shift, with steps varying by shift.
Able to repeatedly lift 20 to 50 pounds throughout a shift without assistance, with weight varying by product.
