About The Position

Kohl Wholesale is hiring a Warehouse Training Manager to train new hires on distribution center procedures. Training topics include ticket pulling; pallet jack and forklift operation; paperwork procedures; standard operating procedures; safety training and retraining; BFC; and coaching new hires.

The schedule is 4:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Friday. The base wage is $22.50–$27.00 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Thorough understanding of DOT regulations as they apply to all employees.
• Previous warehousing and driving experience, including forklift operation.
• Physical strength to load and unload all product.
• Ability to regularly lift at least 60 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, and reach frequently.
• Ability to work under stress and adapt to changing conditions.
• Visual and aural faculties sufficient to perform assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety training and retraining.
• Train employees on BFC.
• Coach new hires.
