About The Position

Kohl Wholesale is hiring a Warehouse Training Manager to train new hires on distribution center procedures. Training covers ticket pulling, pallet jack and forklift operation, paperwork procedures, standard operating procedures, safety and safety retraining, BFC, and coaching new hires. The position requires physical work, including loading and unloading products, and may involve exposure to uncomfortable temperatures and, when working outside the warehouse, changing environmental conditions and weather. The stated schedule is 4:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Friday. The base wage is $22.50–$27.00 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver's license.
Thorough understanding of DOT regulations as they apply to all employees.
Previous warehousing and driving experience, including forklift operation.
Physical strength to load and unload all products.
Ability to lift at least 60 pounds regularly.
Frequent standing, bending, and reaching.
Ability to work under stress and adapt to changing conditions.
Visual and aural faculties sufficient to perform assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

Train new hires on distribution center procedures, including ticket pulling and paperwork procedures.

Provide coaching to new hires.
