About The Position

Honor Foods is seeking an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Trainer to train, coach, and develop second-shift warehouse team members. The role provides instruction on warehouse operations, equipment, safety procedures, company standards, and warehouse management systems. The trainer supports onboarding, evaluates progress, provides ongoing coaching, maintains training records, and partners with warehouse supervisors to improve training effectiveness and operational performance. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM. Pay is $23.00–$25.00 per hour, with eligibility for an annual bonus. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to team member development in a supportive, team-focused work environment.

Requirements

Previous warehouse experience.
Previous experience training or coaching warehouse team members.
Hands-on experience with electric pallet jacks and forklifts.
Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices and operating procedures.
Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and lead training in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Availability to work Sunday through Thursday, 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM.

Responsibilities

Train new and existing warehouse team members on warehouse operations, equipment, safety procedures, and company standards.
Provide hands-on instruction on electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Support new-hire onboarding and help team members develop job skills.
Evaluate training progress, identify skill gaps, and provide ongoing coaching.
Reinforce safe equipment operation, productivity expectations, and quality standards.
Maintain accurate training records and communicate team member progress to warehouse leadership.
Partner with warehouse supervisors to improve training effectiveness and operational performance.
