Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipments.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

• Additional logistics or warehouse certifications.
• Prior experience in shipping, warehouse operations, or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Generate shipping labels, bills of lading, and other necessary documentation.
• Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Inspect items, quantities, and documentation to verify shipment accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records of shipped items and update inventory systems.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock organization within the warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols during shipping processes.
• Communicate with team members and other departments to resolve shipping issues.
