About The Position

This role involves overseeing and managing all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of medical supplies. The position requires developing and implementing inventory management systems, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with various teams to maintain optimal stock levels. The manager will also be responsible for training and supervising warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and analyzing performance indicators.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager, Inventory Manager, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management systems.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., WMS, ERP systems).
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
