About The Position

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees all outbound shipping activities on the night shift, ensuring customer orders are filled correctly and all ordered items are shipped. The role manages end-of-day operations, order selection and replenishment, night-shift employees, payroll-related incentive calculations, safety, and the efficient, safe loading and unloading of products. The schedule starts at 6:00 p.m. and runs until completion, Sunday through Thursday, with holidays and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of warehouse operations management experience.
• Ability to work independently and be self-managed and motivated to meet deadlines.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work a night schedule starting at 6:00 p.m. until completion, Sunday through Thursday.
• Ability to work holidays and weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous forklift certification and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-of-day activities, including coordinating with routing to process invoices, product pick labels, driver paperwork, and nightly team picking statistics.
• Schedule order selection and replenishment.
• Hire and train selection and replenishment personnel.
• Manage and develop night-shift personnel.
• Maintain quality standards for order selection.
• Ensure order-selection performance standards, including cases picked, pick errors, and breakage, meet or exceed company benchmarks.
• Oversee payroll activities, including calculating incentives.
• Maintain night-shift safety activities.
• Manage product loading and unloading to ensure work is completed efficiently and safely.
• Perform other warehouse duties and activities as assigned.
