About The Position

This full-time Warehouse Associate role supports Cencora’s US distribution services, operated through its AmerisourceBergen business. The associate fulfills customer orders by stocking, restocking, picking, packing, and preparing items for outbound shipment. The role also involves cycle counting, researching inventory discrepancies, using equipment to track and verify products, and maintaining a clean work area. Depending on shift assignment, the associate verifies received products against documents and reports discrepancies or visible damage. The position is based in a climate-controlled facility and requires repetitive manual work, extended standing and walking, and the ability to lift products weighing up to 50 pounds. The scheduled shift is Sunday through Thursday, with start times of 10 AM Sunday, 11 AM Monday, and 12 PM Tuesday through Thursday; each shift continues until finished. Overtime may be required and is described as mandatory in most distribution centers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work in a climate-controlled facility.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.
• Motivated, hard-working, and dependable, with reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Able to work the listed shift hours and overtime.
• Able to perform repetitive manual tasks consistently.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
• Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift; steps vary by role and shift.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse or distribution experience preferred (one year or less).
• Able to work with RF scanning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Stock and restock products; pick and pack customer orders and prepare them for outbound shipping.
• Perform daily cycle counts and research inventory discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor, and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work-related injuries.
• Depending on shift assignment, verify received products against receiving documents and report discrepancies or obvious damage.
