About The Position

This full-time Warehouse Associate role supports Cencora’s U.S. distribution services through its AmerisourceBergen business. The position involves fulfilling customer orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, handling and verifying products, and keeping the work area clean. Work takes place in a climate-controlled facility and requires consistent manual and repetitive tasks, extended standing and walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds repetitively.

The schedule is Sunday through Thursday: Sunday at 10 a.m. until finish, Monday at 11 a.m. until finish, and Tuesday through Thursday at 12 p.m. until finish. Overtime may be required and is mandatory in most Distribution Centers to enable real-time delivery. Pay is $19 per hour, including shift differential when applicable.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work in a climate-controlled facility.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.
• Motivated, hardworking, and dependable, with reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Able to work the listed shift hours and overtime.
• Able to perform repetitive and manual tasks consistently.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
• Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift; steps vary by role and shift.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse or distribution experience preferred (1 year or less).
• Ability to work with RF scanning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Stock and restock products; pick, pack, and ship customer orders.
• Perform daily cycle counts and research discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor, and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work-related injuries.
• Depending on shift assignment, verify products received against receiving documents and note and report discrepancies or obvious damage.
