About The Position

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees all outbound shipping activities on the mid-shift, ensuring customer orders are properly filled and all ordered items are shipped. The role is with Johnson Brothers Maverick of Texas, an importer and distributor of fine wines and craft spirits based in Texas. The position starts at 10 a.m. and follows a Monday–Friday work week, with work on holidays and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of warehouse operations management experience.
• Ability to work independently and be self-managed and motivated to meet deadlines.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work a mid-shift schedule starting at 10 a.m., Monday through Friday, and to work holidays and weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous forklift certification and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mid-shift activities, including coordinating with routing to process invoices, product pick labels, driver paperwork, and team picking statistics.
• Schedule order selection and replenishment.
• Hire and train order selection and replenishment personnel.
• Manage and develop warehouse personnel.
• Maintain order-selection quality standards.
• Ensure order-selection performance, including cases picked, pick errors, and breakage, meets or exceeds company benchmarks.
• Oversee payroll, including calculating incentives.
• Maintain shift safety activities.
• Manage product loading and unloading to ensure work is completed efficiently and safely.
• Perform other warehouse duties and activities as assigned.
