Warehouse Supervisor - Nights
About The Position
Uline is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for its Texas Distribution Center in Coppell, Texas. The role includes an 18-month rotational program across inbound, outbound, and warehouse support teams, providing opportunities to build leadership skills and warehouse expertise. The supervisor will lead hands-on, coach and develop warehouse teams, and work alongside employees to support accuracy, safety, and productivity. The role also involves developing operational expertise and earning warehouse equipment certifications. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM. The stated pay is $28–$35 per hour, including a $2 shift differential. This is an opportunity to join a growing, family-owned company with long-term stability.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced warehouse management environment.
- Frequently move packages weighing up to 50–70 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Forklift certification and reach truck driving experience preferred.
