About The Position

Uline is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for its Texas Distribution Center in Coppell, Texas. The role includes an 18-month rotational program across inbound, outbound, and warehouse support teams, providing opportunities to develop leadership skills, gain experience across warehouse operations, and earn warehouse equipment certifications. The supervisor will work alongside employees to coach and develop teams and promote accuracy, safety, and productivity.

The position is scheduled Sunday through Thursday, 7 PM to 3:30 AM, and pays $28–$35 per hour, including a $2 shift differential. Employees must frequently move packages weighing up to 50–70 pounds. New hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced warehouse management environment.
• Frequently move packages weighing up to 50–70 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Forklift certification and reach truck driving experience preferred.
