About The Position

As Warehouse Supervisor, you are responsible for operational performance excellence on your shift. You ensure policies and procedures are upheld in a safety-first, quality-oriented culture. The schedule is 5:00 p.m. to 5:10 a.m. on a 3-2-2-3 rotation (three days on, two days off, two days on, three days off).

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing warehouse experience.
• Sit-down forklift operating experience.
• Experience using an RF scanner.
• Demonstrated ability to be an effective leader and role model.
• Ability to use Excel to create reports and charts.
• Experience using an ERP system.

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience with SAP strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure lift trucks, dock equipment, and other related equipment are maintained safely and efficiently.
• Assure accuracy of the team’s SAP transactions and material movements.
• Facilitate scheduled work orders and ensure customer requirements are met, including having the materials needed to fulfill work orders.
• Provide on-the-job training to new associates on the line and with auxiliary equipment.
• Relieve material handlers for breaks and provide fill-in coverage as needed.
• Collaborate within and across the operation to drive continuous improvement.
• Uphold policies and procedures within a safety-first, quality-oriented culture.
