About The Position

The Warehouse Supervisor manages the daily operations and personnel of the OH90 facility in Moraine, Ohio. The role oversees boot product receipts, storage, and shipments, as well as cleaning, care, RMA repairs, and alterations of firefighting gear. Turnout gear is inspected, cleaned, bio-decontaminated, and repaired in compliance with NFPA 1851 standards. The supervisor serves as a technical subject matter expert, providing advanced hands-on supervision of repair work, day-to-day guidance, and training to team members while helping maintain gear integrity in support of firefighter safety.

Responsibilities

Manage daily, weekly, and monthly site performance KPI targets, including order fulfillment and ship schedule, on-time delivery, customer complaints, and inventory accuracy.
Supervise warehouse personnel handling boot model receiving, order picks, and shipments.
Supervise personnel performing RMA cleaning, care, repairs, and alterations of firefighting gear.
Ensure compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
Ensure compliance with NFPA 1851 cleaning, care, repair, advanced cleaning, decontamination, liner testing, and repair documentation standards.
Maintain inventory levels using cycle counts and inventory management software.
Ensure daily order picks are completed and shipped according to the ship plan.
Coordinate and prioritize incoming gear for advanced inspection, specialized cleaning, and technical repairs to meet turnaround times.
Execute and oversee complex sewing and patching repairs using approved materials and industrial sewing equipment.
Maintain accurate records of gear lifecycle, damage, and repair history.
Perform and verify advanced visual and technical inspections of outer shells, thermal liners, and moisture barriers for defects, tears, thermal damage, and seam integrity.
Train, mentor, and evaluate technicians on proper handling, bio-decontamination protocols, and repair techniques.
