About The Position

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees warehouse operations, applying knowledge of manufacturing processes, scheduling and management systems, and quality control procedures. The role requires analytical ability to address complex problems and interpersonal skills to work effectively with others, motivate employees, and elicit work output. The position also requires strong written and verbal communication skills, basic math knowledge, and an understanding of the technology used in the assigned area.

• Knowledge of quality control procedures.
• High school graduate with at least 1–2 years of technical or business school training.
• Training in a skilled trades area or equivalent technical training.
• 10+ years of experience required.
