About The Position

Ace Hardware’s Fredericksburg, Pennsylvania distribution center is hiring Warehouse Specialists to support product fulfillment for Ace retailers and their communities. The role involves warehousing Ace merchandise and fulfilling orders as part of a values-driven team and safety-centric culture. Team members receive extensive training focused on safety and efficiency. This is flexible, on-demand gig work: team members choose when and how often to pick up shifts, based on their availability. Compensation is $20.50–$23.75 per hour in base pay, plus up to $3.60–$9.01 in performance-based incentive pay. Weekend and holiday availability may be required.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods.
Must be able to stoop, squat, and kneel regularly, and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
Weekend and holiday availability may be required.
Must be safety-minded and actively contribute to the company’s safety-centric culture.
Must be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and a self-starter.

Nice To Haves

Warehousing, distribution, farming, light industrial/manufacturing, or construction experience.
Familiarity with operating warehousing power equipment.
Comfort using voice-directed systems.
