About The Position

Ryder is hiring a Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Coordinator in Dallas, Texas. This role supports inbound and outbound warehouse activity involving e-commerce products, coordinating loads, dock assignments, shipping and receiving documentation, and customer needs. The position operates in a fast-paced supply chain environment with safety as a priority. Equipment may need to be operated depending on the location, and equipment certification may be required. The hourly pay is $19.00, paid weekly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of experience with SAP and a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Flexibility and self-drive to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships across organizational levels, including peers, work groups, customers, and supervisors.
• Ability to multitask and demonstrate strong organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented, with excellent follow-up practices.
• Intermediate-level PC skills in Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate-level knowledge of SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Depending on location, ability to operate equipment and obtain equipment certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Check truck drivers in and out.
• Assign dock doors for inbound and outbound activity according to warehouse direction and vendor assignment.
• Verify the accuracy of shipping and receiving documentation and partner with the inventory department to resolve issues.
• Assist with appointment scheduling as needed.
• Update required reports on time.
• Communicate with customers and assist with their needs.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound loads.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
