About The Position

Renaissance Repair & Supply is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Lead to support shipping, packaging, and foaming operations in their Flower Mound, Texas facility. This role is crucial for coordinating the accurate and timely shipment of customer orders, ensuring adherence to quality standards in packaging and foaming, maintaining shipping documentation, and supporting operational procedures. The position focuses on optimizing the flow of products by monitoring shipment accuracy, contributing to process improvements, and ensuring proper packaging for delivery. While this role involves coordinating workflow, it is not a supervisory position and does not include responsibilities for employee management such as hiring, discipline, performance evaluations, or scheduling. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities to meet customer delivery requirements.

Requirements

3+ years of warehouse, shipping, packaging, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred.
Previous lead or workflow coordination experience preferred.
Strong understanding of shipping and warehouse operations.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and warehouse systems.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment as trained and authorized.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily shipping, packaging, and foaming activities to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
Verify shipping documentation, labels, packing lists, and carrier requirements.
Monitor shipment accuracy and investigate shipping or packaging discrepancies.
Ensure products are packaged and prepared according to company and customer specifications.
Support inventory accuracy by maintaining proper shipping records and transaction documentation.
Assist with employee training on shipping, packaging, foaming, quality, and safety procedures.
Communicate workflow issues, delays, and operational concerns to management.
Promote compliance with all safety, quality, and operational procedures.
Maintain clean, organized, and efficient work areas.
Identify opportunities for process improvements that increase quality, productivity, and efficiency.
Collaborate with Production, Inventory, Quality, and Warehouse teams to ensure the smooth flow of materials and products.
