About The Position

W.B. Mason is hiring a full-time, first-shift Warehouse Receiver. The role begins with offloading merchandise from delivery trailers and organizing it. The receiver reads customer orders, sorts and stores items by product code, and helps prepare materials for distribution. The position also involves operating warehouse equipment, assisting with inventory tracking, and maintaining an orderly and efficient warehouse. The schedule has no nights or weekends. The starting rate is $17.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience.

The role may involve operating certain pieces of Material Handling Equipment (MHE). The company provides and requires training and certification for each piece of equipment before use. Operating equipment without the required training and certification may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical ability to lift or move up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to read invoices.
• Ability to follow written and verbal assembly directions.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to converse, read, and write in English.
• Ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to pass a drug test that includes THC.

• Prior receiving and warehouse experience preferred.
