About The Position

Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning is hiring a Warehouse Receiver to keep field teams stocked, organized, and ready to provide service. This hands-on, fast-paced role supports warehouse operations by receiving and processing shipments, maintaining inventory records, organizing materials, and helping technicians prepare for jobs. The receiver may also assist with occasional deliveries or pickups.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with no major violations in the last 3 years.
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to regularly lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems.
Reliability, a team-oriented approach, and willingness to help where needed.
Strong communication skills and a sense of urgency.

Nice To Haves

Previous warehouse, receiving, or inventory experience; home services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments from vendors and suppliers.
Verify shipments against packing lists, invoices, and purchase orders for accuracy.
Inspect materials for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and promptly report issues.
Enter received items into inventory systems and maintain current records.
Organize and stock materials in designated warehouse locations.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized receiving and warehouse area.
Coordinate with purchasing and operations teams to ensure materials are available on time.
Assist technicians with staging job materials and tracking inventory usage.
Support inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits as needed.
Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
Help with occasional deliveries or pickups when needed.
