About The Position

Concordance Healthcare Solutions is hiring a full-time Warehouse Picking Clerk, Low Unit of Measure, for its Chicago, Illinois location. The role supports customer order fulfillment by locating and picking merchandise with a Voice Pick System or pick tickets, checking items for accuracy, and packaging and wrapping orders. The clerk also helps maintain inventory, product information, equipment, and a clean and orderly work environment while contributing to a safe, team-oriented workplace. This role requires physical activity throughout the shift, including bending, reaching, stretching, walking, pushing carts, and standing or walking for extended periods—often more than eight hours per shift. It may involve lifting up to 75 pounds and repeatedly pushing or pulling carts weighing 75 pounds or more. These duties may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation. The position is based in Chicago, IL, and pays $17.00–$18.00 per hour. Employment is contingent on successfully passing a post-offer background check and drug screening.

Requirements

High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Excellent previous attendance history.
Basic math skills.
Ability to perform order-picking physical motions, including bending, reaching, stretching, walking, pushing carts, and standing or walking for extended periods, often over eight hours per shift; lift up to 75 pounds; and repeatedly push or pull carts weighing 75 pounds or more, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Ability to operate powered industrial equipment or willingness to learn.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Successfully pass a post-offer background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Pick products; pre-count products as needed; replenish and stage products; and perform other tasks needed to fulfill customer orders.
Report inventory discrepancies and shortages to a supervisor, and research the location of short product as needed to maintain a high fill rate.
Maintain product and unit information to ensure the correct merchandise is picked and packed.
Build knowledge of customer requirements for custom palletization and labeling, and follow customer requests according to established policies.
Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, including cleaning and straightening during general duties, completing custodial assignments such as trash detail when needed, following cleaning schedules, and reporting damaged or disorderly areas to a supervisor.
Take direction from the department supervisor and/or facility Operation Manager.
Help foster a positive, team-oriented atmosphere and work with associates and supervisors to support company goals.
Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, report mechanical issues when discovered, and maintain assigned equipment.
Develop communication and working relationships with internal key members, understand company needs and expectations, and learn and follow Concordance’s processes, products, and culture.
Perform other duties as assigned.
