About The Position

Concordance Healthcare Solutions is hiring a full-time Picking Clerk – Low Unit of Measure at its Andersonville, Tennessee location. The role is responsible for locating merchandise using a voice pick system, accurately pulling and checking items, and packaging orders for customers. The clerk also reports inventory discrepancies and shortages, researches missing products as needed, and works to maintain a high order fill rate. The position includes staging merchandise in appropriate areas, keeping the work area clean and orderly, performing general custodial tasks when needed, following cleaning schedules, and reporting damaged or disorderly areas. The clerk follows established customer-request policies, contributes to a positive team environment, and operates and maintains warehouse equipment safely. The role requires standing or walking for extended periods and performing frequent physical tasks, including lifting and pushing or pulling carts. The position remains open until filled.

Requirements

High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as a forklift or walker-rider.
Ability to perform the physical motions typical of an order picker, including bending, reaching, stretching, walking, and pushing carts.
Ability to stand or walk for long periods and for the entire shift, often for more than 8 hours per shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds or more and repeatedly push or pull carts weighing 75 pounds or more throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Proficiency with basic arithmetic calculations.
Successful completion of a pre-employment, post-offer background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Previous warehouse or distribution experience.
Previous experience with voice pick systems.
Ability to operate powered trucks.

Responsibilities

Locate merchandise using a voice pick system and accurately pull, check, and package items for customer orders.
Report inventory discrepancies and shortages to a supervisor and research missing products as needed to maintain a high fill rate.
Stage picked merchandise in the proper area, adjusting as space needs require, and proactively report areas of concern.
Maintain a clean, orderly work environment; clean and straighten while performing general duties; complete custodial assignments, including trash detail, when needed; and follow the established cleaning schedule.
Report damaged or disorderly areas to a supervisor.
Adhere to customer requests according to established policies.
Work with fellow associates to foster a positive, team-oriented atmosphere and promote company goals.
Operate warehouse equipment efficiently and safely to avoid injury to personnel and equipment.
Report mechanical issues to a supervisor upon discovery and maintain assigned equipment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
