Warehouse Picking Clerk
About The Position
Concordance Healthcare Solutions is hiring a full-time Warehouse Picking Clerk in Mesa, Arizona. The clerk locates merchandise using a voice pick system and accurately pulls, checks, and packages the items needed to complete customer orders. The position follows a regular Monday-through-Friday schedule from 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM; overtime may be required based on business needs. The role also involves reporting inventory discrepancies and shortages, researching short product, staging picked merchandise, maintaining a clean and orderly work environment, and following customer requests and established policies. The clerk works collaboratively with other associates and operates and maintains warehouse equipment safely. The position requires the ability to perform the physical motions typical of order picking, including standing or walking for the entire shift, bending, reaching, stretching, pushing carts, lifting up to 50 pounds or more, and repeatedly pushing or pulling carts weighing 75 pounds or more, with or without reasonable accommodation. Requirements
- High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as a forklift and walker-rider.
- Ability to perform typical order-picking physical motions, including bending, reaching, stretching, walking, and pushing carts; stand or walk for long periods and for the entire shift, often over eight hours; lift 50 pounds or more; and repeatedly push or pull carts weighing 75 pounds or more, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Proficiency with basic arithmetic calculations.
- Successfully pass a post-offer background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities
- Locate merchandise using the voice pick system and accurately pull, check, and package items for customer orders.
- Report inventory discrepancies and shortages to the supervisor, and research as needed to locate short product and maintain a high fill rate.
- Stage picked merchandise in the proper area, adjusting as space needs require, and proactively report concerns to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, orderly work environment; clean and straighten while performing general duties; complete custodial assignments, including trash detail, when needed; follow the established cleaning schedule; and report damage or disorderly areas.
- Adhere to customer requests according to established policies.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented atmosphere and work with fellow associates to promote company goals.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to avoid injury to personnel and equipment.
- Report mechanical issues to the supervisor upon discovery and maintain assigned equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
