About The Position

As a Warehouse Associate, you will help ensure efficient warehouse operations by processing merchandise according to departmental and Neiman Marcus standards. You will receive training in a specific department and be cross-trained to work across Receiving, Stocking, Order Fulfillment, Returns, Shipping, and Packing as business needs require. This warehouse-based role reports directly to the Department Supervisor. Success requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing merchandise.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team-oriented environment.
Willingness to be cross-trained and work in various warehouse departments.
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts of up to 12 hours, with scheduled breaks.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout shifts; stair usage may be required depending on the work area.

Responsibilities

Process merchandise accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
Work across Receiving, Stocking, Order Fulfillment, Returns, Shipping, and Packing based on business needs.
Handle and process merchandise in accordance with Neiman Marcus standards.
Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
Follow operational and safety protocols and company policies.
Adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Be available for overtime during peak business periods as required.
