About The Position

Concordance Healthcare Solutions is hiring a full-time Warehouse Picking Clerk at its Millwood, West Virginia facility. The role is responsible for locating and picking merchandise using picking documents and a voice pick system, and for properly staging, checking, packaging, and consolidating merchandise in the bulk and stockless departments. The clerk may also assist with stockless transfers, picking daily orders, checking, and loading as needed. The position supports customer-specific palletization and labeling requirements and follows customer requests and established policies. The clerk reports and investigates inventory discrepancies and shortages, completes paperwork according to procedures, stages merchandise appropriately, and maintains a clean and orderly work area. The role also involves operating and maintaining warehouse equipment safely, reporting equipment issues, and completing other duties as assigned. This is a first-shift position. The employee must be able to perform the physical motions typical of order picking, including standing or walking for long periods—often more than eight hours per shift—and lifting up to 60 pounds or more, as well as repeatedly pushing or pulling carts weighing 100 pounds or more. These duties may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation. Overtime may be required as needed. Applicants must pass a post-offer background check and drug screening.

Requirements

High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Basic math skills.
Excellent attendance history and continued reliable attendance.
Ability to perform the physical motions typical of order picking, including bending, reaching, stretching, walking, pushing carts, and standing or walking for long periods, often over eight hours per shift.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds or more and repeatedly push or pull carts weighing 100 pounds or more throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Ability to pass a post-offer background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Locate and pick merchandise using picking documents and the voice pick system.
Stage, check, package, and consolidate merchandise in the bulk and stockless departments.
Assist with the stockless transfer process and perform assigned work in both departments, including picking daily orders, checking, and loading as needed.
Learn and maintain knowledge of customer requirements for custom palletization and labeling, and follow customer requests and established policies.
Report inventory discrepancies and shortages to a supervisor; research as needed to locate short product and maintain a high fill rate.
Complete paperwork in an orderly manner according to established procedures.
Stage picked merchandise in the proper area, adjusting as space requires, and proactively report concerns to a supervisor.
Help foster and maintain a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.
Maintain a clean, orderly work environment; clean and straighten during general duties and complete custodial assignments, including trash detail, when needed.
Follow the established cleaning schedule and report damages or disorderly areas to a supervisor.
Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, maintain assigned equipment, and report mechanical issues to a supervisor when discovered.
Perform other duties as assigned.
