About The Position

Concordance Healthcare Solutions is hiring a full-time Warehouse Picking Clerk – Low Unit of Measure in Riverside, California. The clerk locates merchandise using a voice pick system, then accurately pulls, checks, and packages the items needed to complete customer orders. The role works 40 hours per week, from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., on either a Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday schedule. Some holiday and overtime work may be required. The position also involves reporting inventory discrepancies and shortages, researching missing products to maintain a high fill rate, staging picked merchandise, and keeping the work area clean and orderly. The clerk follows customer requests and established policies, supports a positive team environment, and safely operates and maintains warehouse equipment. Compensation is $18.50–$19.50. Requirements

High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as a forklift and walker-rider.
Ability to perform physical motions typical of order picking, including bending, reaching, stretching, walking, pushing carts, and standing or walking for long periods and for the entire shift, often over 8 hours.
Ability to lift as much as 50 pounds or more and repeatedly push or pull carts weighing 75 pounds or more throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Proficiency with basic arithmetic calculations.
Successfully pass a pre-employment, post-offer background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Previous warehouse or distribution experience.
Previous experience with voice pick systems.
Ability to operate powered trucks.

Responsibilities

Locate merchandise using a voice pick system and accurately pull, check, and package customer orders.
Report inventory discrepancies and shortages to a supervisor and research as needed to locate short product and maintain a high fill rate.
Stage picked merchandise in the proper area, adjusting as space needs require, and proactively report areas of concern to a supervisor.
Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, including cleaning and straightening during general duties, completing custodial assignments when needed, following the cleaning schedule, and reporting damages or disorderly areas.
Adhere to customer requests according to established policies.
Foster a positive, team-oriented atmosphere and work with fellow associates to promote company goals.
Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to avoid injury to personnel or equipment.
Report mechanical issues to a supervisor upon discovery and maintain assigned equipment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
