About The Position

This entry-level, part-time warehouse position is based at Fastenal’s distribution center at 6445 Fulton Industrial Blvd, Atlanta, GA 30336. The role helps move products from the distribution center to company-owned branches by picking requested quantities, packing orders, printing routing labels, and transferring products to the next department by hand or with a pallet jack or forklift. The position may offer a flexible schedule after onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals. Requirements

Proficient written and oral communication skills.
Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer-service oriented.
Strong math aptitude, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.
Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule and extra time as needed.

Ability to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages typically weighing 25–50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam only).
