About The Position

Capstone Logistics is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Pallet Wrappers to join its warehouse team in Norcross, Georgia. The role prepares outbound freight for shipment by ensuring pallets are securely wrapped, stable, and ready for transportation. The schedule is set at the time of hire, with a shift beginning at 1:00 PM and continuing until finish.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse, pallet wrapping, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience.

Responsibilities

• Wrap completed pallets using stretch wrap machines and/or manual wrapping methods.
• Inspect pallets to ensure loads are stable, secure, and shipment-ready.
• Label, organize, and stage pallets for outbound shipping.
• Assist with pallet building and freight preparation as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Support additional warehouse functions as assigned by site leadership.
