About The Position

The Warehouse Associate prepares and ships customer orders and packages accurately and on time. The role also receives products and stages them for quality checks. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the associate works the Sunday through Thursday overnight schedule from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM at 349 Lafe Cox Dr., Johnson City, TN 37604. The position prepares products for final transport, operates an automatic pallet wrapper, uses an RFID scanner to close production jobs and count and label finished products, stages wrapped pallets, and moves materials with a pallet jack. The associate is expected to follow company policies and safety procedures, maintain accuracy and attention to detail, and work effectively with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to operate a pallet jack.
Consistent and punctual attendance.
Quality-driven, with good attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Ability to remain in a stationary position.
Good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina for constant movement and use of limbs.
Ability to frequently push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Prepare products for final transport, ensuring pallets are stable, secure, and documented.
Operate an automatic pallet wrapper to apply stretch wrap for safe transport.
Use an RFID scanner to close production jobs, count, and label finished products.
Organize and stage wrapped pallets by product type in assigned locations.
Operate a pallet jack to move materials and finished goods safely and efficiently.
Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and effective teamwork in all tasks.
Follow all policies and safety procedures in place.
