About The Position

The Warehouse Associate prepares customer orders and packages for timely, accurate shipment. The role receives products and stages them for quality checks, then prepares finished goods for transport by wrapping, documenting, labeling, and organizing pallets. It operates an automatic pallet wrapper, RFID scanner, and pallet jack while following workplace policies and safety procedures. The position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and is located at 349 Lafe Cox Dr., Johnson City, Tennessee. The schedule is Friday through Monday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to operate a pallet jack.
Consistent and punctual attendance.
Quality-driven approach and good attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to remain in a stationary position.
Manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina for constant movement and use of limbs.
Ability to frequently push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Prepare products for final transport, ensuring pallets are stable, secure, and documented.
Operate an automatic pallet wrapper to apply stretch wrap for safe transport.
Use an RFID scanner to close production jobs, count, and label finished products.
Organize and stage wrapped pallets by product type in assigned locations.
Operate a pallet jack to move materials and finished goods safely and efficiently.
Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and effective teamwork in all tasks.
Follow all policies and safety procedures.
